Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unopened OTC items in original, resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tamper-evident seal broken items.
  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
  • Perishable/temperature-sensitive goods if applicable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact support at support@example-us-pharma.com with your order ID.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions.
  3. Ship items back using a trackable method; include all original packaging.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For crypto, refunds may be processed in USD equivalent or crypto per gateway policy and market rates at the time of refund. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

For speed, place a new order and return the original eligible item for a refund.
