Service Area
We currently ship to the United States (including DC) only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing Times
- Orders placed by 12:00 pm PT typically process within 1–2 business days.
- Weekends/US holidays are not business days.
Carriers & Methods
- Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited options may be offered at checkout (where available).
Shipping Costs
- Flat rate: $6.99.
- Free shipping for orders of $49+ (after discounts, before tax).
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Delivery Issues
- Lost/Delayed: Contact the carrier first with your tracking number; then reach us for further help.
- Damaged: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID.
- Wrong Address: We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
