Service Area

We currently ship to the United States (including DC) only. We do not ship internationally.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed by 12:00 pm PT typically process within 1–2 business days.
  • Weekends/US holidays are not business days.

Carriers & Methods

  • Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options may be offered at checkout (where available).

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: $6.99.
  • Free shipping for orders of $49+ (after discounts, before tax).

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost/Delayed: Contact the carrier first with your tracking number; then reach us for further help.
  • Damaged: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID.
  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Restrictions

  • Some OTC products may have carrier or state restrictions.
  • Temperature-sensitive items may ship with special handling or be limited by destination/climate.
  • We may cancel/limit orders to maintain compliance and inventory integrity.
